Stopped by to schedule a time for a software update for Super Cruise on my truck. I was happily surprised when they asked if I could take care of it right then. This is very rare nowadays and I was very appreciative of the efforts to get me on my way quickly! The waiting area was also a breath of fresh air and even had a cappuccino machine! I believe the same family owns the BMW dealership next door but I was just as impressed with the waiting area here as I was when I get my wife's bimmer ...

Replaced all 4 tire pressure sensors July 2024. This month, one sensor indicated off line. Called Jamie and told to bring the car in for service. Sensor tested and failed. Sensor replaced under warranty. Quick and professional response from Mandal Service Dept.

Real savings on a 2024 GMC Terrain SLE ... no gimmicks, no games. $7000 off the MSRP of $30,590. A straightforward deal. A fair trade in offer. With my trade the price of the car was well less than $20,000. Of course, tax and fees were additional but how often do you hear of a brand-new SUV with an out-the-door price a little over $20,000?! The staff were helpful ... thumbs up to Sean, Jamie and Lee!! This was my second car purchase at Mandal Buick GMC and based on my experiences there will be a 3rd car purchase when the time comes. Oh, BTW ... the 2024 Terrain ... ...

I'm disappointed with the build quality of my 2023 Sierra. I am currently having an major issue with water leaking into the cabin. I will say I'm very happy with the service writers. They have made sure I'm seen and sorted away so that repairs can be made quickly.
